As a MUMU Ambassador, we ask that MUMU is the only cycling apparel brand that you actively promote both in your community and online. We absolutely understand that you may own other gear, and that's okay!

If for any reason you feel you may not be performing well in the program, please reach out to your MUMU team. We are always happy to work with you and answer any questions you may have concerning any part of the program or how you may be able to improve.

We do not currently have any Ambassador-Only collections or products.

Your MUMU discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with any other discounts.

However, MUMU store credit can be used alongside any other available discounts, promotions, or gift cards.

Continue to regularly post family friendly, high quality content on your page and tag MUMU. Also be sure to include the hashtag #MUMUApparel

Ambassadors are also always welcomed to send any photos, videos, or other content over tomedia@mumuapparel.com. If we like it, you may see it reposted! 

MUMU Ambassadors will not receive early access to gear - but you will be one of the first to hear about new gear when it is on its way!

Level 2 Ambassadors who perform well in the program have the opportunity to be promoted to Level 1 Ambassadors, which is currently the highest level. 

MUMU does not currently have an official team.

The easiest way to increase your involvement in the MUMU Ambassador program - is just to get involved! We work closely with a number of our ambassadors in many different ways including creating specific and high quality content, helping MUMU to build connections, product development & even more.

We are proud to say that all of our Ambassadors regularly contribute to the success of MUMU. For this reason and due to the awesome benefits bundle offered to all Ambassadors, we do not offer additional incentives. 

Level 2 Ambassadors who perform well can be promoted to Level 1 of the program.
