Fit Kit Policy Agreement
MUMU fit kits are a complimentary service to ensure that all team members order their correct size. By signing below, you agree to the following terms regarding the fit kits provided by MUMU:
1. Purpose: All fit kits are for sizing purposes only. It is the team's responsibility to ensure that all members have tried on the appropriate sizes.
2. Nonrefundable/Nonexchangeable: Custom apparel is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable so fit kits play a crucial role in ordering correct sizing.
3. Usage Restrictions: Fit kits are not to be ridden in, exercised in, or used for any purpose other than sizing.
4. Return Requirement: Fit kits must be returned once all team members have confirmed their sizes and the team has closed their store or placed orders for production.
5. Return Shipping: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by MUMU for the return of the fit kit.
6. Condition Upon Return: Any items returned that are damaged, used, missing tags, or not in clean condition will be subject to review, and the individual who received the fit kit(s) from MUMU will be charged accordingly.
7. Order Fulfillment: Custom orders will not be shipped until MUMU receives the fit kit.
8. Accountability: The individual signing this agreement is responsible for the fit kit(s) and any associated charges that may arise from damage or late return.
9. Acceptance of Terms: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
