Mumu Apparel is a Florida based family-owned business with the goal of leading the cycling wear industry into a new creative space of fashion forward apparel and tailor each customer’s experience to their specific needs.
This role will manage custom accounts and walk customers through our custom design process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This position will need to coordinate invoicing, team stores, oversee the artwork process, and communicate with customers throughout the process and beyond. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service, collaborate effectively with internal teams, have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy. This role is an essential part of the Mumu team. This is an in-person position based in Clearwater, Florida.
Social Media Manager
We are looking for a talented part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the marketing team to curate engaging, original media and will act as the voice of Mumu Apparel. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth of the Mumu brand. This includes making video content such as reels, managing story + grid posts, responding to followers, & more.
As a Social Media Manager, it is imperative that you are up-to-date with the latest trends and patterns. You should also have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high levels of traffic and customer engagement.
