What does this mean?
Guidelines for the Sizing Replacement Program:
- Apparel must be in its original packaging and include all tags and labels.
- Apparel must be new, never worn while exercising, and never washed.
- Customers must initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving the gear.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges at a set fee of $14.99. Mumu will accommodate an easy return process and provide the return shipping label.
- Replacementitems may have a 3-7 week lead time unless an item in the correct size has been returned by another team member.
